After rubbing it for a few minutes, it should get a bit wet. Then, take a toothpick and gently peel it off. (What I do for fake finger nails.) Hope it helps! Her eyelids are half open and when I pull the string, her eyes don't change colour. I unscrewed the back of head...I can peek inside, but I cannot open her head completely to see what the problem is. I looked at your tutorial on scalp removal...but I would rather know how to either remove her face plate to get access inside or instructions on how to fix the problem itself.
