After removing the eyeballs soak them in a glass of warm, soapy water for 15-30 mins.Using a thin, blunt rod (small paintbrush handle, crochet hook, etc) push the chips out from the inside through the opening at the ends of the eyeball. The glue should be soft enough that you dont have to push hard and gouge the pupil. If not, soak them in warmer water. Once you get one chip out, you will have a much larger hole to work through. One eyeball has a very small hole - you may find it easier to pull the first chip out by following the foam-tape method mentioned in SBL eyechip removal. While the glue is still wet, use a cotton swab to clean it out of the eyechip sockets. Rinse and dry both eyeballs thoroughly.

I just received my redhead ADG and her eyes seem to be jammed. Her eyelids are half open and when I pull the string, her eyes don’t change colour. I unscrewed the back of head…I can peek inside, but I cannot open her head completely to see what the problem is. I looked at your tutorial on scalp removal…but I would rather know how to either remove her face plate to get access inside or instructions on how to fix the problem itself.
Any help would be great. Thank U
