I printed this pattern out so that the 6 inches line ended up truly measuring out to be 6 inches. I created the shirt (twice) and sewed literally exactly on the lines where I’m supposed to sew. It turned out adorable but it was WAY too small. My MSR was not pleased because her breasts were showing because the shirt wouldn’t close *gasp*! Scandal!

I’m going to have to try this pattern out again but print it out so the six inches line measures about six and a half inches or so… It’s odd that I’m the only one having this problem though – it was definitely too small for my girl!

I just wanted to say I made a shirt from this pattern – though I added cuffs – in pink and white polka dots with white collar, cuffs and buttons, and it came out PERFECT. I can’t stop looking at my little jewel of clothing! A brilliant pattern. Thanks so much for sharing it. Andi.
