Hi Melissa,

I recently bought an ADG and I've heard those are notoriously hard to scalp due to immmense amounts of glue. Would soaking the scalp in hot water help?

I have a question concerning the ADG. I just bought my first blythe so I went for an ADG because it was cheaper (I figured there was no need to pay twice the amount until I was sure I was totally into them). I know they are different then the Takara dolls, but I was wondering if the whole sanding, make up tutorials and so on apply for them too. Or are they too different? I also wonder about their hair. I saw you answered someone here about the rerooting process and you said that it was basically the same, but you mentioned screws that need opening up. Do the takara dolls have screws, too? Is their hair the type that can be boiled?

Also, I know some people consider them "fake", but are they really that inferior compared to the Takara dolls?

Thanks a lot for your help!
